We reserved two King rooms for our family of 5 and received 1 King and 1 Queen NOT beside each other. The front desk person took 45min to check us in. We were awoken at 6:30 one morning to a women who was either crazy or coming off drugs yelling about a man with a knife and talking about guns. My kids were very scared. The front desk told me they couldn’t do anything and later had the cops give her a warning. However, it was obvious this is an ongoing issue and had happened before. There were pools of water in the hallway and water streaming from the ceiling with no buckets or towels trying to clean it up just a wet floor sign. The room my husband and son shared smelled like vomit. Do not stay here, especially with children, it isn’t safe.
