"The location of the hotel is excellent. Room and bed are a bit small for 2 persons but it’s Japan so kind of expected. It’s better to book a bigger room with 2 beds for 2 persons in order to stay comfortably."
"Excellent prime location in Sapporo. This hotel is located immediately facing the famous historic Hokkaido government building with a beautifully landscaped park in the south of building. Very convenient to walk around down to Odori park & Susukino for food and shopping. We were upgraded to the room that provides park facing room and enjoyed nice scenery from the room."
"This hotel is located few blocks east of Sapporo station, away from the main attractions. Surrounded by some of the rental car return facilities which is less fun area. Large guest rooms are some plus and their public bath are on the of the building with additional relaxing lounge. Unfortunately the evening hours during my visit were very crowded and I was not able to enjoy as much that I can able to do at other hotels. I had a small parking issue and stuck there 30min but finally resolved."
"The room was clean and came with a washer machine. Hotel staff were extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly during check in. One thing to note is you must turn on the water boiler to get hot water. The one in our room was located near the kitchen sink. There are some small restaurants near the hotel and convenience stores (Lawson, Seicomart). Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Susukino Station."
"This is our third stay in the hotel. We booked a south corner room which has a lovely view and plenty of space. The staff, as always, are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is lovely here. We also enjoyed the onsen in the hotel which is now included for guests."
"I only stayed one night here, but I liked the cozy wood theme and cafe/lounge lobby overlooking the park. It was cool to use the record player in the room, there is a library of records in the lounge to chose from. Otherwise the rooms are a bit small, but not too uncomfortable."
