Located right on the beach. A small friendly place to stay. Many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Walk to a large shopping area with more restaurants in 30 minutes. Hotel has a pool, beach front, recliners, hammock, bar and restaurant. Staff are helpful .

Hotel has an oceanfront location. It is small compared to the big resorts beside it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Daily themed specials. Prices are reasonable. On our first stay here had an oceanfront room. It was spacious with a huge walk out balcony. This time had a non oceanfront room. Room was much smaller and balcony was smaller. Highly recommend you spend the extra few dollars and stay oceanfront.

The Aquarius on the Beach is a good option for a short stay in Nadi. The staff are friendly and accommodating, my room was spacious and clean, and the food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. There is not a lot to do at the hotel so you need to book an excursion. The beach is not the white sand and crystal blue water but it is a great walk and the water is warm and perfect for swimming. There is a small pool if you are not a beach person but not many lounges and they are not comfortable nor are there any way to shade them. There are several tables and chairs under palapas. There are no seating options on the beach. Towels for the beach or pool are not always readily available. Showers have weak pressure and most of my showers were cold until I asked for it to be looked at. The hotel is going cashless so you can pay your tab with a card at the end of your stay.

This was the perfect stay for a couple of nights to reset my internal clock before flying off to Australia. On the beach, lots of food and bar options nearby, and plenty of options for nature if wanted. the front desk was super helpful. Best Marlin in coconut sauce I’ve ever had!

Room was very clean. Staff were all super lovely and helpful. Bar and restaurant was VERY well priced. One of the quieter accomodations on the Wailoaloa beach front which I really loved as you’re still in the middle of it all and have a peaceful retreat. Lovely views from the pool and dining area. Our room came with a private balcony which was lovely, and all the amenities were excellent including an air con unit AND a ceiling fan. We had NO issues whatsoever, and we will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Nadi.

Overall Aquarius on the beach is an excellent budget hotel. I traveled with my 14yr old daughter, and stayed 7 nights. The pool was clean, the beach was lovely, the food was excellent and the staff were kind and helpful. We were there during a cyclone and felt safe the whole time.

Aquarius is a very well-located property, but unfortunately that’s about where the positives end. It genuinely feels like zero effort is given beyond providing a room to sleep in. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful enough to accommodate my transfer to Malamala, which I appreciated. Outside of that interaction, however, I would rate the overall experience one star. The frustrating part is that it wouldn’t take much to make this a considerably better property. A little attention, warmth, upkeep, and genuine hospitality can go a very long way. Sometimes properties forget that hospitality isn’t simply about renting someone a room for the night—it’s about creating an experience and making people feel welcome. Great location and plenty of potential, but very little effort to turn either of those things into an enjoyable stay.
