We had a wonderful stay at Balfer’s Hotel. The staff were all so kind and provided us with exceptional service during our 7 day stay. The rooms were clean as well as all the common areas. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. We are so happy and we will definitely be back.

Começando pelo quarto não tinha escrivaninha e cadeira e durante os 4 dias de estadia não tive serviço de quarto. Cama boa, tive que pedir toalhas na recepção no primeiro dia. O elevador estragou 2 dias, tive que subir 6 andares de escada. O café da manhã é excelente, produtos fresquinhos, máquina com 12 tipos de cafés, sucos, iogurte, frutas, alfajores. A atendente sempre repondo os itens. Recepção super cordial, pude deixar minhas malas antes do cheking e após o checkout guardas por lá. Tv do quarto com canais por assinatura e internet muito boas.

Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, mas a estrutura do hotel em si é ruim. Dos dias que passamos lá dois o único elevador não estava funcionando. O quarto é muito pequeno e o banheiro menor ainda. Vale a pena para viagens em que se queira passar no hotel apenas para dormir. O café da manhã é o ponto alto, localização também é muito boa.

O quarto era limpo, mas o elevador e o quarto eram bem antigos, não se parecia em nada com as fotos. Não tinha toalhas no quarto, tivemos que descer e pedir na recepção e aguardar nos levarem. Chuveiro demorava pra esquentar. Estacionamento era perto, isso é bom. Enfim, os funcionários a maioria eram cordiais e sorridentes. Localização boa.

O estacionamento tranquilamente poderia ter uma câmara visível desde a recepção e um botão para abrir o portão, o qual seria uma solução rápida e simples sem ter que correr avisar para eles abrirem arriscando tomar uma multa de trânsito. Os funcionários são muito educados, não são muito simpáticos, porém educados. Café da manhã bom, a localização é ótima!
