I thought I had a problem with the washbasin, so I called front desk and the staff came to explain how it works in just a few minutes. Great location, easy for a quick walk to enjoy local shops and markets nearby. Love it and will come back"

"It was a real treat to stay here in the heart of Chiang Rai. It was raining the day we were there so we did not use the pool but the bed was very comfy and the restaurant food was good"

"My ENTIRE experience at this property was 10 STARS !! I traveled solo for my birthday. I arrived at the property before 11 am. Pippy did not hesitate to allow me to checkin and gain access to my room immediately!! I was also greeted at checkin by Tony (front desk Manager) who presented me with this gorgeous Thai arrangement from which he pulled a bracket, informed me of the Thai tradition and blessing then tied it on my wrist! On my actual birthday, the staff surprised me at my room singing Happy Birthday with cake and candle! I was SPEECHLESS!! I was traveling solo but I definitely did not feel alone! The entire team felt like life-long friends! Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant at every single encounter! I will absolutely return to this property. I encourage anyone to treat yourself to experience this perfect oasis in Chiang Rai. You will not regret it."

"Very friendly owners. Small hiccup with one of our bookings booked from the hotel's website and was offered another room next to the hotel. Room provided is very spacious and have a very nice view. Breakfast provided was excellent."
