Great location, friendly/helpful staff, large room, comfortable bed, washing machine, useful extras like washing up liquid/laundry powder/dishwasher tabs. Clean & well maintained pool - although it is small.

The room was spacious and clean if a little dated. The king bed was two beds pushed together and very short! Gardens and pool were lovely but visited reception twice and both times it was shut (when it was meant to be open) so I couldn't get a towel.

The location is great, and we were able to walk around the city; we didn't even need a car or a tram. There's a tram station close by if you don't want to walk so much.
The apt is not new, so don’t expect a renovated walk-in shower. Actually, the bathtub was a bit slippery, so be careful if you travel with kids or elders. There aren't a lot of kitchen appliances or supplies, but we got by with what we found there. Also, the laundry was really helpful.
Considering the price of accommodations in the city, it was ok, the only thing that really bothered us was the shower/ slippery bathtub.
