O quarto estava conforme descrito no anúncio e, de modo geral, a hospedagem atendeu às expectativas. Minha única insatisfação foi com a comunicação da equipe responsável pelo envio da reserva para a recepção do prédio. Entrei em contato com algumas horas de antecedência para verificar a possibilidade de realizar o check-in antes do horário previsto. Fui informada de que não seria possível, o que compreendi perfeitamente. No entanto, quando cheguei no horário estabelecido para o check-in, minha reserva ainda não havia sido encaminhada à recepção. Eu estava acompanhada de crianças e, naquele momento, com o celular quase sem bateria. A pessoa responsável informou que precisava do nome e CPF de todos para liberar a entrada. Essas informações poderiam ter sido solicitadas quando entrei em contato horas antes, o que teria evitado o transtorno e a espera na chegada. Enfim, essa foi a minha única insatisfação. O quarto em si estava de acordo com o anúncio, mas acredito que a comunicação e a organização do check-in poderiam ser melhoradas.

Experiência extremamente insatisfatória Completamente insatisfeita com a hospedagem. Flat totalmente diferente do que aparece no anúncio, o que gera uma enorme frustração. O banheiro não oferece nenhuma privacidade e os espelhos estavam embaçados devido à limpeza mal realizada. Diversos itens anunciados simplesmente não funcionavam ou não estavam disponíveis: não havia Air Fryer nem sanduicheira, o filtro não estava instalado e o ferro de passar não funcionava. A comunicação com o anfitrião também deixou muito a desejar, com informações incompletas e dificuldade para solucionar os problemas. O estacionamento é rotativo e possui muito menos vagas do que a quantidade de apartamentos. Saímos e, ao retornar, não havia vaga disponível, sendo necessário procurar outro local para estacionar o carro. A localização também não correspondeu às nossas expectativas: fica distante do centro turístico e a praia em frente possui espaço de utilização bastante reduzido, além de muitas pedras. Mas o pior aconteceu no segundo dia da hospedagem: saímos e, ao retornar, descobrimos que haviam realizado nosso checkout antecipadamente e bloqueado nosso acesso ao prédio, mesmo ainda tendo uma diária paga. Tivemos que comprovar na recepção que nossa hospedagem ainda estava vigente para conseguir novamente o acesso. Foi uma situação extremamente constrangedora, desrespeitosa e inadmissível. Uma hospedagem que deveria proporcionar descanso e tranquilidade acabou gerando transtor

O quarto estava sujo, geladeira com marmita, pia com farinha e pedaço de vidro, roupas de cama manchadas de sujeira e com pelos de bicho, entrei em contato e disseram que iam limpar mas quando chegamos só tinha desamassado os lençóis e passado um rolo. Não trocaram as roupas de cama, só foi passado um pano no chão… o ar condicionado tinha cheiro de cigarro e os censores de fumaça estavam tampados.
