Need to clarify. Restaurant staff top! Beach/pool staff first 2 days. Videos on cell phone more interesting After that the 2 guys that start Sunday. Top top Check in front reception stuff especially the lady that did our check in horrrible. We requested someone to fix our shower she said they will go there. 5 hours later we walked by front desk asked her did they fix it she said yes we got to the room no one had fix it. To which she said oh. They were busy sorry. then 5 minutes later someone showed up. She forgot. It would be best if she just said I forgot.

Hotel novo, limpo e equipe maravilhosa. Só tenho uma queixa, a estrutura onde fica o colchão não é muito funcional, pois qualquer descuido machuca a perna e não fui só eu que bati, encontrei com outros hóspedes no café que fizeram a mesma reclamação. De resto é maravilhoso

O Ceará está muitíssimo bem representado em hotelaria. Arquitetura ímpar, paisagismo e decoração minimamente pensada. O hotel é pé na areia, mas ao andar pelos ambientes não se encontra absolutamente nada de areia no chão (daí se tira a limpeza do local). Comida e bebidas excelentes, atendimento e serviços impecáveis. Sem dúvida voltarei várias vezes.
