"We made a reservation and paid online in advance. We arrived at dawn, but we were informed that our reservation had been canceled due to the late arrival, which was a serious mistake. We had booked the room for one night only so we could rest for a few hours before continuing our journey. After lengthy discussions, and despite how exhausted we were, they finally gave us the room."
