We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very modern and comfortable. It was also very clean, spacious and bright. The location is great, as the hotel is very near the marina and the walking distance to the old town is quite short. We did not have breakfast or other food at the hotel, so I cannot say anything about that. I would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again!

A very modern and comfortable hotel. The room, breakfast, and overall atmosphere were excellent – definitely 5-star. The staff were friendly and helpful, though I had to visit reception several times to get my key card updated (probably a new trainee). Minor inconvenience aside, this was the best stay during my trip through Estonia. Highly recommended.

The reception staff were super friendly! We arrived earlier than expected and they kindly allowed us to check in right away, we really appreciated their warm hospitality. The 24/7 gym is small but it’s well maintained. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, though it did get very crowded at times and it was difficult to find a table. The large shared table was a nice option, but we noticed one table for two was kept “reserved” for nearly an hour while many guests were still looking for a seat, which felt a bit unfair. The location is excellent, only about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Overall, a great stay with welcoming service.
