"This is our go to place for staycations. The rooms are starting to show their age, but are cool, comfortable and quiet. Proximity to the mall is a huge bonus even if it means a run to the pharmacy. While we received the expected kind and helpful welcome from the front desk staff, the restaurant/wait staff left a lot to be desired. Having a complete change of personnel does not excuse meals presented differently (lacking in ingredients) or even mistaken orders. Floor staff did not even have an apology or simple act of compensation. Thinking it was a one of, we ordered room service, which took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive (they warn expected time is max 45 mins) and the food was not up to their usual standards (burnt in places). All this honestly put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable and relaxing weekend. "
