"I’ve read lots of reviews for this location before booking my trips. One trip was in 2024, one in October of 2026. The responses I received from any and all of the associates I came across were simply phenomenal. This is no accident. It speaks to the hiring and screening process of the management company. It speaks to the integrity of the associates who bring their best every day. No matter how you dress it up-and this hotel is exceedingly well dressed- a hotel, in the end is a bed and a toilet. It’s the people who staff and operate the place that make the difference. Absolutely, the location is primo. The food and drink are outstanding. The room cleanliness is beyond question. But without the leadership’s direction and the associate’s performance, you wouldn’t end up with the kind of stay this hotel provides. If you’re reading this- stop now and complete the booking and have a great stay."
