I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the agent to check me in even though i called hours and minutes prior to my arrival. No restroom in the lobby while you wait. Wifi was a unstable; I wouldn't rely on it if for any important."

Access to the beach is difficult and requires scheduling with staff therefore returning from the beach requires navigating other locations or businesses to get to the road. The spa wasn’t operating. The place is very clean and staff are kind but their claim the place was renovated within 5 years was a misrepresentation or else they may mean “upgraded.”"
