Listing showed kitchen and living room in photos per room that we booked we get there and the codes don’t work. I have to park on the street. There’s no parking lot I had to go to the pool area which I was not informed to walk around and go up the second story and the stairs you could barely even walk three gates when I got to the room the code didn’t even work took 25 minutes to get in the room open the door one bed two chairs one room it showed like a whole condo on photos. Photos were misleading and they lied about accommodations. The bathroom was tiny. There was three towels for the whole place window unit in the window unit did not even cool down the room if I 8° it was so human everything was wet. The handle is broken off the sliding glass door for the patio and then coming in and out of the gate you had to go down the stairs to go up around the pool and you had to park on the street. I was not told there was a residential parking pass to put in the windshield so I parked not knowing where it was and finally found it the next morning. It came up today to a ticket. Absolutely horrible. Try to contact the host. No response no reply. They put on rental one bedroom full kitchen living room two TVs none of it was the same. I’m expecting a refund but probably won’t get one because House never responded. I would never stay here again.
