전체적으로 깨끗하고 새로운 호텔이라 만족했고, 룸 컨디션도 좋았으나 욕실과 거실의 문이 너무 무겁습니다. 호텔 건물을 끼고 식사와 커피를 마실 수 있는 마켓이 있는데 전체적인 가격대는 강릉 물가 수준에 비해 비싼편이고 서울 왠만한 강남 가격입니다. 수영장을 돈을 내고 사용하는 것은 좀 과하다고 생각이 되는데 강릉 호텔에 수영장 비를 꼭 별도로 받아야 하는건지 싶습니다.

직원분들이 모두 너무 친절하셨습니다. 레스토랑 이용 등에 불편함이 없었네요. 시설은 화려하진 않지만,기본을 잘 갖췄고 깔끔합니다. 편의점 이용 등도 호텔동에 크게 불편함은 없었네요. 수영장도 물 온도도 따듯하니 너무 좋고 깔끔합니다. 9월이 비성수기여서 그런지, 사람도 크게 많지 않아서 이용하는데 크게 불편하지 않았습니다.

방도 넓었고 욕실도 크고 전반적으로 깨끗했어요..좀 일찍 도착했음에도 친절하게 체크인 도와주셨고...전망도 좋았고.,비치까지 가는 길도 잘 정돈되어있고.. 동해 푸른 바다는 늘 깨끗하고 시원하고..호텔시설이나 조경도 흠잡을 데가 없었고..조용했고(중요함) 욕조에서 거품욕하기 좋았고..침구류도 정말 깔끔 포근하고...딱 하나 아쉬운 점은,객실 화장실의 카운터와 세면대가 연결되는 안쪽 청소도 좀 하셨음 합니다..(누런 물때가ㅜㅜ) barM에서 말차빙수!! 정말 맛있었지만 몇몇 테이블에 얼룩이 좀 아쉬웠어요 좋았어요! 추천해요! 특히 조용함

신라라는 이름과 5성급 호텔에 기대했던 품격과 만족도에는 미치지 못했습니다. 신축 호텔답게 객실과 공용공간은 깨끗하고 넓었지만, 외관과 디자인에 비해 실제 투숙객의 편의성과 공간의 실용성, 서비스의 전문성은 아쉬웠습니다. ‘보여지는 것’에 비해 ‘사용하는 사람에 대한 배려’가 부족하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 직원들은 대체로 친절했지만 문의할 때마다 “확인 후 다시 알려드리겠다”는 응답이 반복되어 5성급 호텔에 기대하는 전문성과 숙련도가 아쉬웠습니다. 2층 바에서 쿠폰으로 차를 주문했을 때도 지나치게 연기가 펄펄 나는 뜨거운 물에 바로 차를 우려주어 혀가 데일 정도였습니다. 이런 부분에서 프리미엄급 호텔에서 경험한 배려와 서비스가 부족하다 느껴졌습니다. 그리고 몇몇 직원분들이 외국인이신지 소통에 좀 어려움이 있었습니다. 객실의 사용성도 개선이 필요합니다. 샤워실 배수가 원활하지 않아 물이 고였고 바닥이 매우 미끄러웠습니다. 물기가 없어도 욕실 바닥이 실내 슬리퍼로 다니기에는 미끄러웠습니다. 욕조 역시 진입 동선이 불편해 부모님은 물론 저 역시 이용하기 어려웠습니다. 쓰레기통 위치도 동선상 발에 걸리기 쉬웠습니다. 옷장은 넉넉하지만 긴 옷을 걸 수 있는 봉은 부족했고, TV 아래 공간도 선반이나 작은 소파 등으로 활용했다면 훨씬 실용적이었을 것 같습니다. 실제로 캐리어를 바닥에 펼쳐놓고 앉았다 일어났다하며 생활해야 했습니다. 어메니티 역시 아쉬웠습니다. 내용물이 원하는만큼 잘 나오지 않고 로션 입구가 자주 막혔으며, 화장솜은 쉽게 찢어지고 샤워캡도 품질이 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 작고 예쁜 리모컨과 객실 전화도 디자인에 비해 사용성이 떨어졌습니다. 버튼과 글씨가 작고 직관적인 안내문이 없어 부모님께서 특히 어려워하셨습니다. 주차장 동선도 캐리어와 짐을 가진 투숙객에게 불편했고, 편의점이 레지던스 쪽에만 있어 비가 오는 날에 비를 맞으며 외부로 이동해야 했습니다. 조식과 수영장 이용을 투숙객이 별도로 예약해야 하는 시스템 역시 편의성 측면에서 굉장히 아쉬웠습니다. 무엇보다 부모님을 모시고 방문했기에 시니어에 대한 배려가 부족하다는 점이 크게 느껴졌습니다. 하지만 이는 시니어뿐 아니라 일반 투숙객에게도 불편한 부분들이었습니다. 신라라는 브랜드와 5성급 호텔이라면 단순히 새롭고 아름다운 공간을 넘어, 실제 투숙객이 얼마나 편안하고 안전하게 머무를 수 있는지까지 세심하게 고민해 주었으면 합니다. 이번 후기가 향후 시설과 서비스 개선에 꼭 반영되기를 바랍니다. 편의성 측면에선 제가 경험한 모든 호텔들 중 최하 수준이라 솔직히 실망하였습니다.

일단 베드 컨디션은 매우 좋았음. 객실바닥이 카펫이 아닌 마루재질의 바닥이라 먼지가 없었으며 맨발로 다녀도 될정도로 깨끗. 룸서비스 시켰는데 호텔직원분이 내 객실에 음식 가지고 들어올때 문 밖에서 구두벗고 양말차림으로 들어온후 테이블어 음식 세팅해주심. 다만 욕실이 전체적으론 청결하나 변기 앞 타일과 변기 유리문에 얼룩등이 있어 조금 실망했음
