We all enjoyed the various facilities of the hotel. Especially, the family hot spring became a special time. And there were facilities for children to play, so children also had fun. There were many places around the hotel that were carefully cared for. I recommend it

It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.

East wing, west wing! Our room was a trek from reception, felt like a different hotel! Dining room was smack in the middle so it didn’t really matter. Some renovations ongoing which may have lengthened the journey. Room was nice and spacious with a lovely bed. Great location and the Onsen was really nice, especially the outdoor section, being able to relax and see the stars

泡湯很讚。
酒喝到飽要加價這句話飯店的翻譯有點讓人看不懂。
房內清潔要加強，小茶几一推開底下都是零食殘渣。

旧館の方に泊まりましたがそちらもカビの匂いがしてリラックスがあまり出来ませんでした。
旧館エレベータも表示パネルが壊れてて何階にいるのか分からなくなり怖かったです。
客室、温泉、ディナーは飲み放題付きで良かったです。

お部屋もお風呂もステキなデザインで、楽しく滞在させてもらいました。
ただ大浴場のエアコンフィルターの汚れや、レストランのトイレのライトが切れていたり、部屋のベッドライトがつかなかったり、細かいところが惜しかったです。

貸し切り風呂も4室あり、小さいこどもがいる家族にとても配慮されていた。貸し切り風呂の流しとシャワーフックが高い位置にあり過ぎるので少し低めにしていただければ助かります。

新館は新しくてめっちゃキレイだったけど、旧家館は、廊下とか改装途中なのか、埃があったりで、残念でした。
部屋はキレイでしたけど‥
料理はすごく美味しかったし、スタッフの対応も感じが良く気持ち良かったです。
次回も行きたいで す。
今度は新館に泊まりたいです。
