I used this accommodation as a private rental (minpaku), but there were multiple problems with both the cleanliness and the host's management.
The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit.
The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. A cockroach came out of the trash can, which was very unpleasant.
The refrigerator had handprints, dirt, and a foul odor, but I had to use it out of necessity during my stay.
The bathtub looked clean at first glance, but it had a gritty film of dirt when touched, so I gave up on using it.
Used amenities (hairbrush, razor, toothpaste) were left behind and had not been replaced.
There were no tissues provided in the room.
Communication regarding check-in and check-out was not smooth.
The building was noisy; many residents were playing music loudly with their doors open, even late at night.
I was looking for a place I could stay at regularly in this area, but considering the hygiene issues, the host's management, and the living environment, I will not be returning. I strongly request improvements.
