A equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa, o café da manhã é bom, mas a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Em determinado momento o disjuntor do apartamento desarmou e desligou o ar condicionado. Ok, problema resolvido. A área de lazer é simples e se resume apenas a piscina. tem uma piscina boa mas o seu entorno parece muito pouco cuidado (folhas caídas e acumuladas, um pouco de sujeira). O acesso da garagem aos apartamentos é frequentemente molhada e aspecto sujo. Os carros dividem espaço com outras ferramentas, carros velhos parados e algumas sacolas de entulho. Mais uma vez, a equipe de funcionários é boa e o café é bom, mas a estrutura do hotel não. Para quem vem a trabalho e precisa dormir de um dia para o outro é aceitável, apenas isso.

O hotel fica no centro próximo a Av Brasil, cheio de lojas conveniências, próx a restaurantes,barzinhos, lanchonetes. A simpatia dos funcionários e ajuda quando necessitamos foi maravilhosa! Passamos dois dias na Argentina e para não carregar muita bagagem deixamos as malas no hotel no bagageiro, tudo muito seguro! A cama muito confortável, chuveiro com água quente na medida certa! Café da manhã maravilhoso com bastante opções e muita comida saborosa! O hotel conta com piscina! Simplesmente maravilhoso!
