Doubletree by Hilton Hilton Head Island
"Enjoyed my stay except for parking. You have to turn in early or you may end up walk a 1/4 mile back to tge hotel from where you have to park at."
Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
"Family vacation with children. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Resort is new and everything is still very nice. Pool area is smaller than expected and was crowded during peak summer hours. (Only 1 pool is for families) Restaurant/bars were also good. Parking was easy. Great location on the island. Short walk to the beach. Only complaint was they refused to let us utilize a luggage cart on our own. (Had to use bellman) Not too big of a deal, I just don’t like other people handling my luggage/personal items. Would stay again."
Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island by IHG
"Customer service was excellent. Short walk to the beach. Microwave and refrigerator in the room and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I needed to change my reservation by one day and Expedia was very difficult to work with. I talked to the front staff at the hotel but Expedia was telling me that they tried to call 5 times which wasn’t true. Expedia was going to charge me more in fees than a one night stay at the hotel. I spoke with Expedia representatives 3 times and just getting the run around. Moral of the story Expedia has lost my business. The only way I got my request accepted was to call the hotel on one cell phone and had Expedia on the other. So they got called out on their run around."
