Room was clean, overall hotel is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and seem fully renovated. With that said, it seems like a huge miss to not include a desk with a chair or a mini fridge. I had a queen standard room. A friend had the king suite and it was the same situation. Add those things and I would give a solid 5 stars. Location is great making it walkable to downtown.

It would be great if the fitness center was ready for us, as promised. Ideally, a water station within the property would be very helpful. I was also surprised they charged $20/day parking - the hotel is on the edge of town, it is not like there is an abundance of competition for parking.
