The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast is very good selection and quality. The filter in the HVAC unit needed cleaning, made noise all night, which was corrected the next day. Housecleaning only came in the second day of our 4 day stay. The shower door leaked, but again, was corrected.

Breakfast was standard. Check in was easy. The night desk attendant was not friendly but the day attendant and the Saturday housekeeper were very nice. The door by the parking lot did not work so you had to walk around to the front. The chips I purchased from the snack bar were expired.

For this to be a new facility, the ice machine was broken so we had to go out to get ice which thankful a nearby restaurant provided us ice with no charge. The second night the front desk offer ice in a bucket yet the ice was so frozen you had to have an ice pick to break it up. Nice thought with poor results. The gentleman that was over running the breakfast was absolutely wonderful staying on top of things and serving the customers. He was trying to maintain the breakfast bar while running back and forth filling the customers request for ice. He went way beyond his call of duty. The second day the pancake machine was broke. The room was clean yet very musty (mold?) smell. To start charging your customers a parking fee in June is a bit much. To have to pay the cost for the room and now parking fee that will be a NO thank you. Although the room was clean and the staff was friendly, it was a bit disappointing with the cost of the room we paid with the inconvenience of having no ice to have to go out and obtain the ice on the first night and the musty smell (mold?) that took so time to address in room.
