We had a great time at this hostel, the owner felt so welcoming and was very kind which made our trip. There was no issues but if there had been any the owner would be there as quickly as he could.

First of all the hostel is located on a bus garage in an industrial area, was kind of difficult to find with the entrance being on the backside of the building. Second was very poorly cleaned. All the surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms was disgusting, with crumbs, grime and dirt. The shower curtain was too long so it never properly dried which caused the shower to smell and feel highly unhygienic. The beds were okay but there was a lot of dust, crumbs and food scraps along the sides. There was one guest who walked around in nothing but underwear and the host didn’t seem so care about this, nothing we have experienced at other hostels. The host wasn’t present particularly much at the hostel but he had cameras inside, in the kitchen, which he seemed to watch a lot.

Couldn’t find it from the Google maps direction, turns out it was down an ally beside a bus depot. We open the front door no problem, no staff inside. Called owner and he turned up, yet we were already inside? Anyone could literally walk straight through into the bedrooms, which we did… in a failed attempt to find some staff. We were then put in a room the size of shoe box, in a triple bunk bed. Shared with four grown men, so safety was again a problem. The owner must have turned the air conditioning off during the night because it was too hot to breathe. Definitely not worth the price. If it had been €15 each we’d expect it, however it was not.
Lovely waterfall shower though! X

Worst hostel owner ever!!!
I had the worst experience ever. The owner off the hostel forgot that he had an account at hotels.com. The hostel was overbooked and he couldn’t offer me a bed. After over one hour of discussing with him he could offer me a bed. That was because one guest requested a free cancellation. Then he wanted me to pay more than double the amount I already paired. After discussing with him for a while i paied him parts of the extra amount in cash. This is absolute the worst experience I ever had. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay at this hostel!!

Good hostel
Perfekt lille hostel.
