From booking right up until arrival, the hotel was very good with communication and any queries we had were answered promptly. The stay was faultless. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the amenities were plentiful and well kept. The staff were friendly, kind and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant served some of the best food we had throughout our stay on Zanzibar. If we ever have the opportunity to travel back to Zanzibar then we would definitely want to stay here again. "Jabali was such a lovely place to stay! I especially loved the little porch area in front of my room. It was the perfect spot to just sit, relax, and enjoy the quiet. The pool area was really nice, and the beach is only a 2–3 minute walk away. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful. They arranged transportation and guides for both my trip to Stone Town and my ferry trip to Dar es Salaam, where a guide was waiting for me when I arrived on mainland Tanzania. One of the things that really stood out was the care they showed from the very beginning. When I was arriving late, they checked in to see what I wanted for dinner so they could have it ready for me when I got there. That kind of thoughtfulness continued throughout my stay. Everyone was so lovely and made my stay comfortable and easy. I would absolutely recommend Jabali and would happily stay there again!"

So much space for our family of 4 to really spread out and regroup after a week of safari in northern Tanzania. Snorkeling right from the hotel was perfect for the kids. The breakfasts were spot on for everyone in our group of picky eaters to find their favorites…GREAT COFFEE!!! The staff is laid back and welcoming while also taking care of business. We’ll be back!"
