This is my second time revisiting EVEN Hotel this year, and the experience remains consistently pleasant. As usual, one of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service from Guest Service Manager Anne Wang (王灵芝). She is agile, flexible, and very attentive in understanding guests’ needs. Her service really makes the stay feel smooth and personalized. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay. Looking forward to coming back again.

Had a really pleasant stay at EVEN Hotel Shanghai JinQiao. The overall experience was very positive, especially when it came to the service. The staff were friendly, special thanks to Anne Wang (王灵芝), the Guest Service Manager, and Tendy Mo from the F&B team for being so attentive and accommodating to my requests. Their service really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’d happily stay here again.

11樓大床房沒有窗戶，但很特別地設計了類似小庭院的景，進門時很驚艷，不過不算加分。整體簡單乾淨，前台人員非常nice, 要求都能使命必達給個讚。缺點是空調風量已經手動調最小，睡覺時還是很大聲致難入睡, 連兩晚都沒有睡好。

Hotel muy nuevo y llenonde moderbidades, digno del 2025: panel de domótica, agua caliente instantánea, buenos extras, acondicionador, etc... Está un poco alejado del centro pero aún asi lo recomiendo porque tiene metro a escasos 5 minutos. Lo negativo es que el personal no habla inglés con alguna excepción y tampoco son lo más serviciales (desconozco si es cultural). Otros añadidos interesantes es cafe y te gratuito en recepción, lavanderia gratuita self-service en la segunda planta, gimnasio....

오픈한지 얼마되지않은 호텔이라 매우 깨끗하였습니다. 조식은 비지니스 호텔답게 현지인중심의 간소한 식사였습니다. 운동하는곳도 몇가지 기구가 있으나 너무 추워서 저는 잠깐만 사용하였습니다(24시간 열려있슴) 아쉬운것은 운동하는곳에 수건이 없슴 프론트데스크에 한국어를 사용하는 직원이 있어서 편리했슴
