This stay was really fantastic. We were kept informed about our room regularly before arrival and were allowed to check in earlier than advertised. The check in process was incredibly easy. The app allows you to use your phone as a key but you can also have a physical key card if you prefer. The room for our family of 4 (2 teenagers) was fabulous, very large and excellent facilities, including a washer-dryer. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the main station and the tram and a 10 minute walk to the old town. The hotel has a lovely guest lounge and terrace with complimentary drinks and snacks and a washing machine and kitchen for guests who don't have those facilities in their room. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage on our final day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely return to this or another hotel in this chain. Highly recommended!
