Stefania was very nice and helpful. The room was recently renovated, clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good. It was a short walk to the old town and restaurants. I only wish that the property was easier to identify when we arrived. Would recommend staying here when visiting Polignano a Mare

We were happy with the location and warm greeting from the owner's daughter, Stefania, on our first day. However, it seems she is more focused on her cooking classes than on managing the property. While they clean the rooms every day, the cleaning is often poor, and sometimes they don't clean at all, just providing new towels. The water and coffee are supposed to be complimentary, but if you don’t request them, they aren’t offered, and you won’t even receive clean cups. The breakfast included in our stay was served very late and offered a limited variety, which was disappointing. Overall, the staff does not prioritize customer service, which is frustrating. Given these experiences, I will look for a different place to stay on my next visit.

The ad says it has a breakfast buffet. Arriving there we were told that the coffee was industrialized croissants in packages with cookies and a box of juice each. We questioned and the owner told us that there would be no buffet and that coffee is an "offer" and not necessarily included, but the ad says it is included. To make matters worse, the next morning we didn't wake up early because there was no coffee, we woke up scared with the owner invading the room without even knocking on the door saying that she had exhausted the daily schedule, we weren't even dressed. Imagine the embarrassment. Regrettable! I travel all over the world, something like this has never happened. Sad!

Excelente!! Quarto muito confortável e agradável, tudo novo, cama maravilhosa, chuveiro muito bom, iluminação excelente, comodidades, tudo pensado para tornar a estadia maravilhosa! A área externa do B&B também é muito agradável. Café da manhã esplêndido pela chef Stefania (também há opção de experiência culinária na pousada). Localização muito boa, próxima do mar, e de uma caminhada confortável até o centro. Único detalhe é que o estacionamento é na rua, gratuito, mas você deixará o carro na rua e depende de conseguir vaga (eu fechei pelo estacionamento e cheguei a noite com um evento próximo, então nos gerou estresse, mas acredito que tenha sido pontual). Adoramos a hospedagem e recomendamos!!

Ottimo soggiorno in questa struttura. Si tratta di camere, la nostra a pianterreno con ingresso indipendente, nuovissime e curate. Tutto molto comodo, bagno spazioso, parcheggio libero in strada. La struttura si trova ai margini del centro storico, a pochi minuti a piedi. La colazione dolce compresa in un buon bar vicino, non so se è sempre cosi o perché siamo andati fuori stagione. Stefania gentile e accogliente. Lo consiglio.

Eleganza a un passo dal mare

Camera e bagno nuovissimi, arredo moderno di design minimal. Pulitissimo, molto elegante. Straconsigliato per la zona con parcheggio gratuito e vicinanza al mare. Una breve passeggiata e si visita Polignano senza prendere auto. Host perfetta e gentile. Una perla che abbiamo scoperto e che abbiamo lasciato a malinquore, ma torneremo e ve la consigliamo assolutamente. Nota di merito per me che sono Celiaca è stata preparato un set di cibi per la colazione con prodotti confezionati e quindi sicuri! Top!
