I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I expected. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service throughout my stay. The staff at this hotel truly made my stay exceptional. While the property is a standard 3-star hotel, the professionalism and genuine friendliness of every team member—from the front desk to the house cleaners—were outstanding. They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful, providing accurate and timely information. They are one of the best hotel teams I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.

I felt very good staying here. I was impressed from the moment I checked in. The reception staff were welcoming, kind, polite, and always smiling. The room was very clean. The bed was soft and fragrant. Everything was complete. The housekeeper was also very kind. The swimming pool was very large and extremely clean. I will definitely bring my family back to stay again.

The staffs are friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. The maids are polite. The hotel is very classic. The swimming pool is beautiful and spacious. It is a newly opened hotel that is worth staying at. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. It is near the shopping mall and not too far from the beach. I personally like it very much.

The properties very nice. The room was great. The only thing that was disappointing. When I arrived they told me the pool was closed for renovations and actually that ’s why I booked the visit for the pool so unfortunately I had to check out prematurely. I would’ve extended my stay if The pool and pool area was functional. Also, a lot of construction going around the pool area and the room was quite noisy.

방은 밝고 냄새가 나는 정도는 아니지만 오래되었고, 리젼시라는 이름이 적당하지 않다. 청소도 잘 안되어서 앞의 사람이 사용한 면봉이 화장실에 그대로 있었음. 스태프들은 친절함. 위치가 외진곳에 있어 썽타우를 타기 적합하지 않고 오토바이나 그랩 아니면 많이 걸어다녀야 함.
밤에는 음악소리가 크게 들려 숙면을 취하는데 방해가 됨.

L'albergo è in buona posizione a Pattaya nord, la camera è molto grande e soprattutto il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La zona di Pattaya nord non è proprio strepitosa, comunque io ci sono stata solo 4gg.
