I was very pleased with the price and cleanliness, and condition of the room and the attentiveness of the manager, Mohamed. The location was perfect for my visit, and the same building even had a Chinese restaurant and mini mart as well, which was a plus to me. Mohamed assisted me with laundry service which was very reasonably priced. The location is very near the Giza pyramids and Grand Egyptian museum. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were amazing, location is close to Giza and all amenities. Kimo was exceptional and a great help. Rooms are basic, but clean and good value for the price paid considering proximity to a world class attraction. There was a little confusion with breakfast at first but it eventually got sorted out. If you are looking for a value option near Giza this is hard to beat !

Beautiful location, all the hotel rooms overlook the pyramids and its services are very, very excellent. The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Pros-The staff was very nice and accommodating. Close proximity to the pyramids. Budget friendly! Airport pickup. Cons-Charge to drop off at the Airport shuttle pickup, charge for the return. No daily cleaning, you have to request and when I did they wanted me to leave my key because there is only key. Internet did not work well in the room. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom was very small with no place to store your necessities. “Bottom Line is you get what you pay for”. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews. This hotel did not meet my standards.

I did not feel safe at this hotel at all, one guy took my package away without telling me. The lock of my room door is broken, it cannot be locked as usual except using the only key locking the door from inside, then your room has no electricity during using the only key to locked the door. Everything looks different from the pictures, loud noice, construction at 8pm, WiFi weak, in one morning no breakfast, no one did anything, the worst was they did not organize car/driver to bring us to the airport, I had to pay it by myself, even I booked airport transportation included, it’s a scam.

Ich wurde bei der Anreise willkommen geheissen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei einem Problem wird geholfen und eine Lösung gesucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - ich habe diesen weissen Käse am liebsten gehabt und man hat von der Dachterasse einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Pyramiden.

Fantastiskt bemötande!

Var på en trevlig vistelse med min bror och vi valde det hotell som är bara 15-20 min att åka. Vi fick hjälp från alla personal. Alla som jobbar på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsamma människor. Vi fick tips om att köpa lokal sim kortet...två av personal var med oss överallt för att hjälpa oss köpa presenter och besöka museum och pyramid. Vi är så glada....
