Dont stay here
Pool and hot tub was not operational, rooms were cold regardless running heaters at max heat. Lobby was cold. Not food service as promoted. Short staff and manager was not familiar with location controls. Rooms and elevators had odor. Shower tub stayed clogged. No drainage fluid available or maintenance staff. Had to get a bottle of Coke from clerk to dissolve backup in shower. Get what you pay for..should not even be renting these rooms. BestWestern should remove their logo off the door.

Worst HOTEL EVER
Our stay was absolutely miserable.
We booked a jacuzzi room in which we didn’t get and didn’t know until we paid for our room.
There was bed bugs.
The bathroom toilet and sinks all leaked.
Trash was all over the property where they had carried garbage out and never took it to the dumpster.
The receptionist was really rude.
The pool area smelled like the Tennessee river when dead fish are laying around in the summer heat.
The light outside our balcony door was barely hanging up.
The balcony sliding door didn’t lock.
Breakfast was gone before the ending of service and no other food was replenished.
Sorriest service and stay ever!!

Not as advertised
It was nasty from the start. Our room lights didnt work. When we flushed the toilet it flooded the floor they refused to give us a different room it woild take up to 14 days to get a refund so we just stayed for the night. The pool wasnt heated like advised. The room smelt of some serious mold. The breakfast tasted like it had been reheated all week and just put out each morning. It was really bad experience
