Was very disappointed in our stay at the hotel. On a busy weekend, there were only 3 working elevators which caused extremely long waits to get anywhere. Was told by other guest that they didn’t work the whole week. We were told at check in that using third party caused them alot of work at check in. Took a long time. Told to call if we want rooms cleaned as they wouldn’t automatically due. After calling 3 times, room still never got cleaned and just had to go obtain clean towels. The pool was extremely dirty with debris. Did not appear to have been cleaned out. Staff that we did encounter were mostly pleasant. Food was just ok. What i did like was how large the rooms and bathroom were and the hotel as whole was very clean and nice. Probably would not stay there again though.

We checked in on Friday night and had a bite to eat at the bar. That night we were kept up all night because in the room next to us was a baby who cried from 11:30 PM until 5:00 AM in the morning! We called the front desk and they told us there was nothing they could do until the morning. We went to the front desk around 9:00 AM and they told us they would move us and they would call us when the room was ready. They did not call. I had to go back to the front desk and ask again before we got moved. We ate lunch on Saturday in their restaurant (Ridotto) and it took us 2 hours to get our food!!!! The food was of moderate quality!

This hotel/casino is brand new so everything sparkles! The room was suite size. So large and so comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was so large, the shower was fantastic with great water, pressure! The casino is fun and we ate at the restaurant with the pizza oven! The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had!. We parked valet for the convenience! I would highly recommend this hotel!
