We booked this hotel based on the great rating and was not disappointed. This is the best hotel we've stayed in in Croatia and pretty high on our all time favourites. Great rooms and fantastic beds with real summer duvets. And Magdalena in the reception is an absolute Star who made our stay even more enjoyable, answering all our many questions.

and service oriented place. We added the breakfast on site and were very satisfied.
Pool is not big but as there are not too many rooms, it felt very good. Clean and well maintained.
The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets.
Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches.
Marvelous experience! Quiet location, bur still close to the sea. Room was spacious in great condition with designer furniture. I have the sheets changed after 2 days of stay! Very positive personnel, great service, tasty breakfast and dinner. It was a 5 star experience! Highly recommended.

All in all this was very nice weekend stay in very good hotel. Pool area was big enough with plenty of deck chairs and the beach was very close.
There was wide choice of freshly made food for dinner and breakfast. Only the drink servis at dinner was rather slow. Otherwise it was nice to get late check out (2 pm).
At check out we were a bit surprised that hotel was not informed about our advanced payment to the Hotel.com but the situation was settled soon enough.
Self-checkin location, very good and simple communication with the owner, modern, clean, fully equipped apartment, safe location. Definitely recommend.
