I had a very nice stay at The Boathouse Lodge. The place was clean and my room was comfortable. There was a lot of parking available. I didn't meet the hosts, but they left a very detailed note about where my room was and about the continental breakfast of cereal and bread that I could help myself to in the kitchen. There were 2 fridges that you could put your food into and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. This location was close to the ferry, which was very convenient.

The room was acceptable; basic but could do with some updating and there was clutter behind a screen. The bed was quite comfortable

This is more of a backpackers vibe. We booked a whole room for a family of 4 (it had 3 bunk beds and a queen bed). Continential breakfast is provided, abd while average , its not bad for budget accommodation. Edit picton is the other place we stayed that might be more suitable for families. This place wasnt bad either, probably lote suited to singles.

Wow. What a great establishment. The location is great everything well kept and clean. Felt safe and secure in the room. You have everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathrooms will definitely stay again if I am back in Picton. Thank you!
