Lovely hotel! The staff was amazing, they were always ready to help with anything. Super clean room and housekeeping did an exellent job! I tried the breakfast and it was really nice, buffet and the opportunity to order different dishes straight from the kitchen. The rooftop area was also really nice, the only thing I wished for was some umberellas or other for of shade for the sun lounges as it got very hot suring the day. Really recommend this hotel, the location is really good and the value for many is very good!

하노이 첫여행이라서 숙소를 하루만예약했는데 기대 이상으로 마음에 들어서 더 예약했습니다..지금까지 총 4일숙박했는데 아마도 더 예약할거같아요 가격은 조금 부담되지만 객실이 너무 깨끗하고 에어컨도 빵빵한데 단지 아쉬운점은 물 수압이 너무 약합니다….ㅜㅜ물 수압 강하게나오면 좋을거같고 조식은 기본요리는 주문받고 그외에 부페식으로 떠먹으면됩니다! 직원들은 엄청 친절하고 영어로 의사소통이 막힘없이 술술 가능해서 너무 좋았어여^ㅋ^ 호텔에서 지나도 먹어봣는데 맛있고 마시지도 30분 공짜로 받았고 룸 업그레이드도시켜주셔서 넓게 편하게 있었어요!! 진짜 아쉬운건 딱 물이 약해요 ㅎㅎ샤워하는데는 큰문제는없어요~! 새로 생긴지 얼마안되서 너무 좋습니다!! 하롱베이다녀와서 다시 숙소예약해야하는데 여기예약하려고합니다!! 하노이 숙소로 강력하게 추천합니다.

nestled near train street this little gem of a hotel was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly with well spoken English. the lobby is beautifully decorated and the room we had was clean and modern with a massive king bed. Roof top bar and pool view was just of more rooftops but your in Hanoi's old qtr so thats expected but 360 degree views of the city. breakfast is a reasonable buffet with an added menu to select some freshly cooked items and freshly made coffees, if wanted. (maybe don't believe the pictures on some things) and make sure you specify hot or cold for your coffee choice. but seriously these are very minor things. trains street (nearest attraction) is one street over, 5-10 min walk turning right out of hotel brings you to the crossing.

Beautiful hotel that is hard to fault. Amazing, helpful and super friendly staff throughout the hotel. Buffet breakfast with cooked options had a great variety and very nice food. The spa was very good, staff were exceptional, prices higher than those in the area, but still well worth it. Reception staff were amazing, offered to answer questions and continue to help even after we left Hanoi. The room was very comfortable and very clean with modern comforts, the only thing we could ask for would be a little softer bed. It was a little harder than we are used to, but comfortable enough to not disrupt sleep. Hotel is well positioned in a very safe area only 400m from train street, food and shopping. All Old Quarter shopping odds within 20 min walk.

Excellent accueil et excellent service. Chambre suffisamment grande et très calme. Notre matelas était un peu dur et, sur simple demande, on nous a rajouté un sur-matelas. La piscine est agréable (nombre de transats un peu juste quand même... seulement 5) Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville et des restaurants à proximité. Et bien sûr, ne pas oublier le petit déjeuner : excellent, copieux et varié.....et un des meilleurs cappuccinos de notre voyage. Bref ! Excellente adresse.
