had a wonderful stay at brown central park hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, Aviv the receptionist was super lovely and helpful, breakfast and dinner was delicious with a wide veriety. room was clean and housekeeping was great, recommend the garden view room. Loved the hotel and would come back next time traveling to eilat.

We really enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay, the room was overall nice (it is true it needs some renovation which they plan to do in the winter), the gym was very good, the pool was very good with nice with comfortable beds to lay and relax around the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. To mention Aviv and Mayan from the front desk and Israel from the dining room who were in my eyes professional and excellent service providers.

Not only did the room smell like it had been smoked in constantly, but it was also incredibly noisy. I could hear everything going on at night, which made for a very unpleasant stay.

Great comfortable hotel. Our reservation was include breakfast but when we arrived we were told that the ataing without breakfast. After we showed then the mail reservation they changed it. So keep the mail just in case

Very bad experience. First we arrived no reservation because I booked with expedia for f it was Booking will be easier that what they said. Second dirty Hotel. Third very important we have to walk 5 min outside the hotel to another hotel to have breakfast wait for it, When we arrived and get in to the food room they came to us u don’t have reservations after we start eating, their is no connection between both hotels . So expedia you shocked me .

Disappointing

The facilities are old. We got stuck in the elevators which are barely moving and doors had to be forcefully opened. Kids are afraid from elevators since then. The lower floor (-1) where the Jim and kids play room was always smelly from trash. Not enough sittings chairs near the pool during peak hours.

This Hotel is a disaster, we arrived 15:30 and the room wasn't ready. We went to the beach and when we came back at 19:45 the room wasn't ready, when they came to prepare the room, we have a problem with the electricity. and the AC didn't work. all the hotel is the dirtiest I was, the pool, disgusting. The room and all the hotel has a bad smell, the floor is dirty all over the hotel and the room. Not value for money at all. I can't believe Brown allow this hotel to use the name.

This property is very dated. The owners have not invested to update. my room had rust in the shower. Half the shower water guard was gone or missing which allowed a ton of water to go into the washroom and accumulate on the floor. The towel rack in the shower, had a screw missing and looked like it was on it's last legs. Our Key card needed to be replaced three times. One time I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. One of the bed lights had a broken support, so it worked but was hanging by it's wire. For such a big hotel, the parking lot is quite small. There was no soap in the shower. When I asked the cleaning staff, they said they didn't have any. The property is quite far from the beach area so you need to drive and then fight for parking. It's an ok property overall, however, I would have never paid the kind of money I did for this type of property.

סופ״ש התארחתי במלון סנטרל פארק באילת, מחוויה האישית , המלון אכן קורה לעצמו מלון אך ברמתו הוא אכסניה לכל דבר. חדר אוכל - האוכל ברמה לא אכילה, חסר כל טעם, חביתה נראת כאילו נעשתה מבלילה ולא מביצים טריות והשיא הוא שבארוחת הבוקר אין מכונת קפה פעילה ( יום ראשון בארוחת הבוקר) , כמו כן אין הקפדה על עטיית מסכות בשטח החדר אוכל. בבריכת השחייה- לכלוך בכל עבר , עובד איש בריכה בודד שלא מספיק לנקות והבריכה מטונפת לחלוטין. בבריכה אין מלתחות מסודרות. הסתובבות בשטח המלון ללא עטיית מסכות, רב האורחים מסתובבים בשטח הלובי והמעליות ללא מסכות ואין כל התייחסות מצד המלון בנושא. חדר האירוח- החדר נראה כאילו לא עבר נקיון יסודי זה מספר שבועות, המון אבק על הרצפה ( מצרף גם תמונה) לסיכום אני אישית לא אחזור למלון זה ובטח שלא אמליץ לקרובים לבקר שם, זאת לא חוויה שאני מצפה לקבל בבית מלון בכלל ומצוות המלון בפרט.

The worst resort I've ever had

We got the room at 5:30 pm crazy late. Poor attitude of hotel staff. A dirty room full of hair. Towels are not clean. Just disgusted. After I complained to the hotel manager, I asked him to come in and told me that he did not like my complaints and behavior and I was invited to leave the hotel. Poor management of the hotel made me very nervous and right. I will not return there even if it is free.

Впечатления различные от самых хороших и до не самых. Мы приехали раньше времени, но комната была уже готова и нас без проблем впустили. Встреча была радушной, вообще персонал очень вежливый и гостепреимный. В комнате не работал кондиционер. Нам пообещали сделать в течении пол часа. Пришлось ходить в рецепшен каждый час и напоминать. На нашу просьбу попменять комнату ответили что свободных нет. В час ночи, когда мы сказали что не можем заснуть в этой жаре, нам поменяли комнату. :-( . Насчет уборки - в целом чисто и приятно, но не реагируют на происшествия. Например в лобби кто-то из гостей разлил стакан вина или сока, Это пятно не вытирали несколько часов. В бассейне нужно чаще менять мешки в мусорных баках, потому как из-за жары очень быстро появляется запах. Заключение - терпимо.
