素泊まりでしたので、客室と大浴場のみの利用でしたので、他の施設の状況は判りませんが、上記記載の施設は清潔で良かったです。
出発が6時台でしたので早かったせいか、受付は無人で、カードキーの返却ボックスが陰に隠れていたので、そこに入れて帰って良いのか不安でしたが、そのまま
返却して帰りました。

部屋が素敵でした
まだ改装中ではありましたが、メゾネットタイプのお部屋にどうしても泊まりたくて利用しました。普段はマンション暮らしなので、2階に大興奮の子どもたち。インテリアはおしゃれで可愛く、天井が高くて気持ち よく過ごせました。子どもがクマちゃん好きでぬいぐるみを持参していたので、くまちゃんソファを見て大喜びでした。
タオルがふんだんにあって、お風呂にもまた別にあったり、部屋に水とお茶が人数分置かれていたのも嬉しかったです。
お風呂は熱過ぎましたが一度入ると病みつきになり、翌日もつかりました。子どもには無理でした。
プールは浅いところから158cmの私でも足がつかない部分もあり楽しめました。大型遊具のようなプールも楽しそうでした。
他のホテルと比較して良かった点はアメニティ。特に身体を洗うボディタオル。スポンジ型ではなく背中までしっかりあらえるタイプでした。洗面台のライトもメイクもしやすくて、よそに泊まった時に思い出すくらいよかったです。ちょっと手を拭いたタオルを置く場所がなくて戸惑いましたがそれくらいです。
朝食はビュッフェですが野菜が食べたことのない葉っぱで珍しく、辛味もあるタイプで面白かったです。牛乳がなくなってしまいましたが、お願いしたら持ってきてくれたりとサービスはよかったです。
周辺にお店がたくさんあり、昼や夕食には困りませんでした。近くのカフェも気に入ったのでまた行きたいです。

お部屋はとても綺麗だったと思います。
テレビもNetflixや他のも見れて快適でした。
施設全体は古さが残っている所もあり、ロビーの下の階のトイレはあまり綺麗ではなかったです。
ロビーも綺麗にはなっていますが、所々にバックヤードに置いて置く物だろうと思う物が見えていたりしました。
隅々まで目が行き届いてないと感じました。
プールには入りませんでしたが、監視する方も居ないようだったので心配でした。
朝食だけ利用しましたが種類も少なくホテルの方もほとんど居ない感じでした。
写真を見てとても綺麗な新しいホテルだと思って期待してしまっていたので、とても残念でした。
ただお部屋は綺麗で広く、ベッドも大きく一人ずつで寝れたのは良かったです。
