Staff were very helpful. The hotel arranged airport transfer was waiting for us as we exited the airport, could not have been easier. Check-in was efficient and our room was clean. Roof terrace overlooks the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We were a party of 9 but they handled it with ease.

This property has an amazing location with a rooftop restaurant that has a nice view of the pyramids. The manager Heba was exceptional in helping us book our excursions and arrange transportation for us. She is a liscensed guide and assited us on several tours, we absolutely enjoyed our tours with her and hope to do more in the future. This is an exceptional value for the location, and their are restaurants and shopping all within a 5 min walk.

I absolutely loved the location of this stay! The proximity to the pyramids was amazing and made for incredible views from the rooftops. I loved being in walking distance to local restaurants & shops too! The hotel manager, Heba, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Not just at the hotel, but as a local guide who took us on great tours. She was huge in contributing to this being such a memorable stay! I felt safe & cared for with the hotel staff helping us with transportation and local recommendations. This was a wonderful introduction to Giza & I cannot wait to return!
