The staff were amazing. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Pamela in the Spa was my therapist for a 90 minute treatment and she was excellent. I The atmosphere in the spa was very relaxing as it's so intimate.

Lovely stay at Dunluce lodge. Our suite was spotless and spacious, every staff member we encountered were pleasant, helpful and curtious. Excellent concierge and transfer service in to Portrush. Enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and an evening meal. If I was to give any critique, it would be that the wall that runs along the back of the bar and the restaurant windows is too high, really spoils the views. Also, happy to pay for 5* experience, but the wine prices are very very high.

I would suggest putting the slippers in the closet outside of the drawers. They were hard to find. A hook for towels near the shower would be helpful.

Property site and internal finishing is absolutely superb - in business I stay in a lot of hotels in UK,Ireland & Europe. The Dunluce Lodge is above any of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in - Staff service and personality sets a very high bar standard..... many hotels should try and work to.
