What a gem inside of a beautiful city! The property is a perfect combination of old architecture and preserved authenticity with top of line luxury that touches every aspect of the property and your stay. Spotless, no expenses was spared in making the amenities top of the line. I took advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, the sauna and the Turkish hamam (steam room) , I did not have time to get any spa treatments but I’m certain they’d be exceptional as well. Buffet style breakfast was phenomenal. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future when I visit.

It was a dance club until midnight! LOUD MUSIC

There was a misunderstanding on arrival. I showed the person my email/confirmation number for our prepaid stay through Hotels.com. The person still insisted on payment in excess of what we had already paid. Hotels.com customer service was amazing and recouped the original amount we paid, since the Hotel itself claimed they could not do a refund. NOISE!!! We booked Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat. We had no idea on Fri and Sat nites they played music as loud as a live concert until 1200am!! The wooden shutters did not stop the spotlights from the courtyard from illuminating our room all night either. It was like a dance club, not a hotel and spa for relaxation! The pool, sauna and hot tub and staff there were amazing. Also the restaurant wait staff and food were wonderful.
