O quarto estava imundo com lençois e toalhas super manchadas. O ventilador espalhava mais o pó do que refrescava o quarto. O banheiro estava parecendo uma caverna de tão escuro. Se fosse indicar algo, primeiramente, indicaria não fazerem reserva nele e depois pediria para aumentarem o salário dos funcionários. A recepcionista que me atendeu não parecia feliz com o trabalho e eu quem estava conduzindo a conversa sobre o check-in e tudo mais. Perguntei se podia fazer um upgrade de quarto pagando mais por conta do ventilador e a resposta foi que não havia disponibilidade, porém ao olhar no site, havia muitos quartos livres. PÉSSIMA experiência. Procurem outro lugar.

Razoável, apenas pra dormir uma noite! Quarto pequeno, cama não tem colcha, apenas lençol, e colchão precisa ser trocado. Domingo pela manhã havia pedreiro fazendo barulho de obras. Café da manhã, razoável. O café em si muito bom, mas acompanhamentos razoáveis.

Só o acesso ao estacionamento é que tem que melhorar muito, pois temos que esperar muito, no horário noturno, para que alguém abra o portão e a região é muito perigosa. Risco grande de assalto, até que alguém abra o portão.

Fiquei decepcionada com o quarto, não é porque a gente pega uma promoção que devemos ser colocados no terceiro andar de escadas. Os 3 dias tomando banho pegando fogo ou frio, enviaram um rapaz que disse: não há o que fazer, esse chuveiro é assim mesmo. Solicitamos trocar de quarto, mas nos disseram que estava cheio (não parecia). O bom era a localização, bem no centro de tudo. Café bom, igual nos três dias. Nos sentimos discriminadas, se pagasse à vista mudaria? Não volto mais.

Péssimo atendimento, solicitei a NFe referente aos dias que fiquei hospedado e de início a pousada se recusou a emitir a NFe somente depois de muita conversa e desgaste que atenderam a solicitação. Não voltarei a me hospedar nesse local, sem contar que fiquei 2 diárias e não efetuaram em momento algum limpeza no quarto e nem troca de toalha!
