The check in lady was knowledgeable and helpful. The room was simple, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had breakfast, and dining options of Brazilian, pasta, and some soups, and the food was well prepared and delicious. Overall a positive experience.

Positivo: Buffet café da manhã, almoço e jantar; áreas de lazer e espaço rural. Negativo: Falta de comunicação entre a propriedade e a plataforma de reserva (tivemos problema com a "meia-pensão).

A estadia foi razoavel sem poder usufruir totalmente do proposto que inclusive não é nenhum valor desconsideravel, visto que as piscinas que deveriam ser aquecidas (ja que a região em si não é de muito calor) estavam apenas com o gelo quebrado... estavam frias... ja a banheira de hidromassagem que fica junto com a piscina fechada estava bem suja... isso em horario das 10hrs que tinha acabado de abrir pra uso. A limpeza do quarto tambem gerou bastante incomodo... tendo horario no informativo de que ocorreria até as 15h30... passei praticamente o dia todo fora do quarto para que ocorrece a limpeza retornei por volta das 15h20 e o quarto continuava sem a limpeza... então uma senhora da limpeza disse que fariam a limpeza até as 19h00.... como asssim ter que passar dia inteiro fora do quarto aguardando a limpeza... enfim a mesma so foi efetuada perto das 16h30 e eu que tinha acabado de retornar ao quarto... tive que sair novamente pra poderem realizar a limpeza. Outro ponto negativo foi em relação as bebidas do restaurante na maioria quentes, convenhamos tomar bebida quente é horrivel. Enfim espero que possam melhorar, afinal fui passar o ano novo e nem algo diferente relacionado a data o hotel ofereceu.
