If your are going to the soda springs ski resort it is very close. Less than maybe 10 minutes drive but the best is that it’s so close to Donner lake and the beach there. We will definitely go there summer time to appreciate the summer activities by the lake. I have 3 kids and they lived the 3 layer bunk bed. It was perfect for us

The cozy room, the awesome location, the generous and delicious breakfast selection were all fantastic! We loved our one night stay and honestly felt like we got the most of it especially with its extremely close (1 minute) proximity to the lake/the beach area to relax and enjoy the gorgeous scenery that Truckee has to offer! The hosts were super kind, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had too, which is very much appreciated! Great customer service! We will definitely be back again for sure!
