My one night stay was great! Very accommodating. I was able to check in an hour early and the hosts were very responsive helping me with all my needs. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. Customer service was excellent, the place was spotless and it was very comfortable. It's also at a great location, close to shops and restaurants. My wife and I received such gracious hospitality from the entire staff!!! Every question and minor issue we communicated to the staff was addressed quickly and efficiently. Pros: Very good location. Cons:We usually shower under the faucet since hot water doesn’t last in the shower. Dim light in the bathroom, it’s hard to put my make up. Don’t expect too much with breakfast, usually pasta. Hard bed.

The good: Free breakfast every morning was great. Pool is nice. Gym requires escort. Not a big deal. Location is great. Very walkable. Never needed to go anywhere except for planned excursions. I would absolutely stay here again. Extra maids toilet/shower inside laundry room. Have to hang dry laundry however due to no dryer. The bad: elevator wait time is ridiculous. 2 out of 5 we’re down upon arrival with in caused major back up. 1 remained broken throughout duration of our stay. The sheets are not really comfortable since it’s not really sheets. The blankets are synthetic. Beds are hard. Pillows don’t have pillow cases and way too soft. Kitchen needs a few useful items for week long stays such as tongs, foil, larger trash can. Bathroom shower leaks onto the floor but that seems to be common in several Asian countries (Japan, Korea, Vietnam). There’s a drain next to the toilet in every bathroom I’ve seen.

A super view at night, clean room, superb staff. But breakfast to me was somewhat odd; soup for breakfast? Just improve your breakfast. Thanks ! But, overall, I love the place and planning to come back next year.
