As others have said, the property is very clean and comfortable, but basic. We were staying over for one night after an evening wedding. It was perfect for our purpose. Room was clean, Janice is very welcoming and friendly, units all on ground level, area is very safe. This is not the Hilton but if you can do without TV microwave and refrigerator it is great for the price. There is a nice grocery store / deli / coffee bar right down the road. It is in a fabulous location for Franconia attractions!
