Had a great stay on my visit. It was close to plenty of food options and shopping center. Plus easy to get on the highway to get downtown. Everyone working the front counter was nice and super helpful and helped us with any questions and requests we had. The room was perfect, clean, and had kitchen amenities for us to store our leftovers we brought back from dinner. Definitely coming back next visit.

Enjoyed our stay
The room was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. It's a new property so that was expected. Location is very convenient to everything from grocery stores, mall, and several restaurants. As well as a stone's throw to RIC airport. I do wish that there was a breakfast included though. Also loved the kitchenette with full sized fridge. Overall, I would definitely book there again.

Very clean facility. Super secure so you know you’re not going to have riff raff. Easy check in and check out. Very quick. Every person I met was extremely respectful and pleasant. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Quick one night stay. I arrived at 10pm and everything was locked. I had to wait a few minutes of ringing for someone to open the door. I suspect during the day this is not the case. The room is very clean and spacious. I did have 3 people and only 2 towels but it was easily fixed. The hotel is perfectly adequate and I would stay in it again.

It was very loud. I could hear the upstairs neighbors talking, the baby laughing, stomping around, and dropping things on the hard floors. Doors opening and closing loudly at all hours. I barely got any sleep.

Accidentally put in the wrong date for stay and hotels refused to change it even though the hotel was happy to change the reservation. The Wi-Fi needed troubleshooting and there were very few amenities. The bathtub was creaky, and the staff seemed not to know what to do abouta number of issues although I should note they were friendly.
