Ubetjent resepsjon fungerte veldig bra på dette stedet. Imponerende løsning. Leiligheten var veldig fin og stor. Godt utstyrt, og behaglige senger. Det var varmt, og det var ikke airconditioning i leiligheten, men det løste vi med å sette opp gjennomtrekk mellom rommene. Var en del støv og skit under sengene, men ellers var leiligheten i veldig god stand. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake.

Wir haben.nur eine Nacht im Leipzig Suite gebucht, und waren sehr zufrieden ! Ehemaliger Plattenbau liebevoll als Hotelzimmer umgebaut. Preis Leistung geht voll i.O. Parken im Bereich des Hotels auch ohne Probleme. Zu Fuß ca. 10 min. in die schöne Leipziger Innenstadt. Würden beim nächsten Aufenhalt in Leipzig sofort wieder dort buchen!

Punktevergabe und Gesamteindruck

Die Unterkunft ist im Gesamtpaket eine 7/10 Fernsehen gehen nur die öffentlichen Sender! Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. 4/10 ( man muss sich Joyn oder ähnliches Ansehen, aber RTL oder so ist nicht möglich, das wurde mir am Telefon sehr stolz mitgeteilt) Sauber ist es! allerdings wurde bei mir eine Socke vom Gast zuvor vergessen, in der Dusche waren noch Haare. Ansonsten war es sauber und in Ordnung, eine 8/10 Ruhe hat man eig. aber auch nur wenn man Glück hat und keine Nachbarn ne Party schmeißen oder der Hund im Nebenzimmer bellt. 8/10 Check IN und Check OUT ist für jemanden der mit Handy klar kommt sehr leicht, für ältere oder jemand der kaum Handy erfahrung hat schwierig. 9/10 Da kleinere Baustellen sind ( Eingangsbereich oder auch Türschwellen) und die Flure ein wenig zu dunkel sind gibts da 8/10 Küchenausstattung und Bad vollkommen ausreichend, Bett war sauber und bequem 9/10 Parkplatz ist ausreichend in der Umgebung und das kostenfrei! 10/10 Kleiner Vorschläge: Fenstergriffe sollte erneuert werden, da Sie zu dem Stiel des Zimmers definitiv nicht passen. Eine Ablage am Bett fehlt auch, könnte man noch anbringen. Lüfter im Bad evt. wünschenswert. Endergebnis ist in Ordnung! Klar kleinere Fehler und Verbesserungen sind nötig aber man kann damit leben! Gesamtpunkte: 56/70 Punkten
