It’s like they didn’t want you there… We were told check in was at 13:30 but were unable to get our room until 14:00. While we waited staff offered a snack of meats, breads, and cheeses, but were not told that we would be charged for it. "Super well maintained property, clean room, friendly staff. We had a great time! Shout out to Gaia for making us feel so welcomed and for the great dinner tips! Perfect location to visit Bellagio. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town. The private balcony and breakfast on the terrace, with delicious espressos were amazing! Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattress, which was a bit dated compared to the rest of the room. We loved it and would definitely go back!"

"Accidentally lucked out. Right behind, and related to, the luxurious Villa Serbelloni Hotel, my apartment had a fridge, a stove, a patio overlooking the lake and ferocious air conditioning, which only works when the windows are sealed! Close to everything, but clean and quiet. Two minute walk to the Serbelloni terrace for an aperol spritz. Perfect."
