Such a great and adorable hotel that I have every intention of staying at again. The rocking chair, the claw foot tube, the fireplace, I absolutely LOVED this room. The parlor room had so many great things to look at. I only wish I had more time to explore it more.

We enjoyed the uniqueness of the hotel and the proximity to downtown Weaverville. Room #1 was fantastic and we enjoyed it very much. Since it overlooks Main Street, there is a lot of noise from trucks at night, but we have more noise at home, so it did not disturb us too much. Due to the historic age of the hotel, there is no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs to get in/out of the hotel. It was a bit challenging getting our bags up/down the stairs, but we managed. The front stairs are steeper, but easier to get your belongings up and down. When we checked out, we moved our car to the front on Main Street, so it was closer to load our bags. It was very hot in Weaverville during our stay. Our room had a window AC and 2 ceiling fans, so our room stayed comfortable day and night. The windows opened so we were able to get cool fresh air at night, which was something we enjoyed. The parlor downstairs was a great place for our family to gather and enjoy some wine and champagne to celebrate our high school graduate. In the morning some guests ate their breakfast in the parlor. It is large enough to accommodate all the guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will consider staying again when we come up to visit our family.

The weather was perfect so we didn't use the AC. The property is a beautifully restored 19th century Gold Rush property. Very clean, quite in an old mining town. Perfect for overnight while on a road trip or fly fishing the Trinity River. We have stayed multiple times.

Room was spotless and overall accomodations were excellent. Unfortunately we could not participate in the morning complimentary breakfast as we were fly fishing and left each morning at 6:30 am to get on the river early. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and nice hotel to stay in while visiting Weaverville area to use the Weaverville Hotel as it is the best. I have used this facility over four different times and have never been disappointed.

I cannot rate staff, because there wasn’t any. Check in is entirely on your own, but their instructions are complete and accurate . The digital locks work. You MUST REMEMBER or check your reservation confirmation email for which room is yours. Otherwise, you will be in the hall. wondering which door is yours.

Weaverville Hotel

I love everything about this hotel, very unique and charming, with the exception of a heavy rain storm that managed to hit the air conditioning unit like a ton of rocks all night long… Lol other than that, the hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful. We were not given a choice of rooms as we checked in, although online when we book the room, we thought we booked the Grange room. Having not seen the Grange room except in a photograph online, and then having the fortuitous experience of seeing it when one of our friends also booked the hotel the next day and ended up in the Grange room, which was magnificent! Our room was rather plain and small in comparison…we did not notice the name of our room until checkout, it’s the Golden Jubilee Lol that aside, it was a lovely room. Another couple we know, who were visiting for the same reason as us, also booked a room, which was absolutely amazing. I guess I’m saying maybe the room we got was a little bit “less” than all the others.

Antique Hotel with Great Attention to Details

Everything about this hotel was charming! Self check in is easy and convenient. Our room (#4) had a unique layout. Shower and toilet on one side of the room and clawfoot tub on the other with the sink in the middle of the bedroom. Seemed odd at first, but definitely added to the charm. So many antiques to admire. If you like sterile, generic grey and white hotel rooms, this may not be for you. Colors, textures, old smells (not gross just old) and extremely clean! No detail seemed to be overlooked, even the coffee mugs in the rooms were well thought out. The included breakfast in the beautiful parlor was excellent!
