Stay? Could not get in.
What stay? Booked the hotel at 2:10pm and by 5pm, I did not receive a “code”. Called the location as no one was available for check in at the property. The phone ranged an hour before someone answered. Then the person said that since I was a resident of the city I needed a REASON why I wanted to stay there. Although none of their business but I did proceed to tell them that my husband and I were deployed and was allowed a few days off. Since we subleased our place we just needed a place to stay for the night. The woman said that was not a good reason. Seriously? Yes she was very serious. We tried to cancel them at 7:20am the NEXT day I received an email with the code and instructions on how to enter the property.
