Great location, and room was very clean—but overall condition was a little tired. Upholstered chairs in breakfast room were literally shedding. Main complaint was that wake-up call, taxi ordered for 6:30 am, and promised breakfast box never materialized. Information was not transferred to am staff.

Doesn’t rate a 4 star. 3 if lucky. Very tired hotel, needs rooms refurbishing. Stayed 4 nights October 25, standard double room. Threadbare carpets, bedside drawers not cleaned from previous occupants. Very dark bathroom – poor lighting general. Furniture generally chipped (including breakfast room). No kettle for hot water. WC seat skewed. Temperature control not working. Constant repetitive music played in corridors, right outside rooms. Public areas OK. On the good side, there was a safe in the room.

The cleanliness of the entire property is impeccable; the rooms are tidy and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. The wellness area is a true highlight of the hotel. The spa offers a variety of services, including a sauna, massage room, and a well-equipped gym, allowing guests to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's central location is ideal for exploring Budapest. I would like to extend my special thanks to the Sales Manager for the attentiveness during my stay. The professionalism and courtesy demonstrated made my experience even more enjoyable.

The Hotel is in a great location. About between 3 - 5 minute walk to two different metro lines and stations. Great Breakfast, salty and sweet options, many various foods, fruits and choices. The President has the best breakfast that I have had in Europe. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

Fair enough for the price.

Easy check in and out. Waited like 2 minutes. It is close the center and restaurants. Room was overall clean and spacious. Nothing heard from the other rooms except for other rude people shouting while getting in or out to their rooms in the middle of night. Breakfast was more than enough. It’s more like French breakfast. Pool was out of service. Spa was working during the stay. I would recommend this hotel for short-term accommodations. 7/10

180 Euro for one night in single room with poor and worn furnishing is not value for that money. The room was located next to the lift. 4 meter window glas front, directed to after midday sun - aircondition cant regulate. Breakfest offer was fantastic. No outside window in the room, air conditioning was on but no cold air, heating was always on, room way to hot and my wife barely slept for 4 nights. Should have been told there is no window to the outside, we could have let in some cool and fresh air! breakfast was good. everything shut at 10pm, we are on holiday would like a drink when we get back from dinner! Everything very clean, room also, fresh towels, bit knocked about but ok, apart from Heat & Window. Not a 4 star, tries to look like one but fails in delivery and communication. Staff friendly! That said its a good priced 3 star (if informed about outside windows) and a great location.

Great location! The best with the hotel is the location! Nice modern rooms! Very good breakfast. They have nice terrace with the view but was closed during our 3 days stay, very unfortunate since we booked the hotel for the location and the terrace. Gute Lage, eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Aber! Es hat Hellhörige Zimmer, wir hatten 2 Zimmer in der Etage 130-146. Die Halle, was eigentlich ein Treppenhaus ist , ist wie ein Mikrofon. Man hört im Zimmer den leisesten Ton, das Reden der Leute. Dazu gibt es ab ca.6:00 morgens bis 23:00 Musik in der Halle, die man gut hört. Uns hat es gestört, dass wir deswegen ab früh morgens nicht mehr schlafen konnten.

It’s said that its rooftop bar is the tallest in Budapest but I didn’t have a chance to try it. It’s walkable to quite a few famous places. The breakfast is nothing special which you could expect from the European hotel but is above average.

Fick först ett hemskt rum med utsikt in och ut från hissen. Bytte nästa dag och fick då ett mycket bra rum. Sura miner i rooftop baren. Poolen i källaren saknade vatten. Frukosten bra men var placerad i källaren. Ac var bara kallt eller inget. Läget var mycket centralt och bra. Nära till allt i denna fantastiska stad. Ej prisvärt hotell

Außen hui…

Das Gebäude selbst und der Eingang bis zur Rezeption sind beeindruckend. Unser Zimmer lag allerdings in einem modernen Hotelteil, der fatal an Gefängnisse aus amerikanischen Kriminalfilmen erinnerte, was durch grauen Anstrich noch in verstärkt wurde. Auch das Zimmer selbst,obwohl Superior, erinnerte an eine Zelle. Klein, Fenster nur zum Hotel Gang. Es gibt einen schönen Spabereich, der Swimmingpool ist allerdings schon seit Jahren außer Betrieb und die Inbetriebnahme inicht mehr geplant. Die Sauna war nicht in Betrieb, es blieb der Whirlpool. Das Frühstück war gut, die Einrichtung des Frühstücksraums schäbig. Toll ist die Rooftopbar. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
