Room was great for only one night. It's nice and spacious and very modern and quirky, although the open shower area with no curtain and harsh flooring and walls made it feel somewhat like an old prison room or something. Room still well equipped with air conditioning, nice tv that you can use for Netflix and Disney+ etc and bed is very comfortable. Overall enjoyed the stay and definitely worth it!

Wonderful small hotel, easy walking distance to Grand Place, and just at the end of a wide pedestrian street. My superior double was large and faced a tiny cute park. Very helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little hotel in central Brussels, less than 15 minutes walk from the central station. Rooms are city center small, but clean and well appointed. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Only concern I had was that there was no safe in the room, which made me a little nervous.

Clean room, great central location. Slightly odd layout with sink not in bathroom. Could’ve done without the (frosted and cubed) glass walls to bathroom. Not ideal for privacy. No main desk for check in. Was checked in using a laptop, new one for me! Staff friendly and breakfast pretty good. Best thing is where the hotel is situated; close to shops, public transport, restaurants etc.

There is no breakfast, listing clearly says breakfast included with every room in about 3 different places. Staff told me my room didn't include breakfast, I insisted it did, he said i'd have to show him a receipt or something. When I showed him the booking saying breakfast included he said they don't do breakfast anymore, but that I could get a breakfast voucher if I show the guy working the front tomorrow. Showed the guy at reception the next day, he said my room doesn't include breakfast, then when I showed him the listing he said they don't do breakfast anymore, said he can't do anything (despite there being a pile of breakfast vouchers sitting on the table), said he could give me the managers number if I want to take it up with him but at this point I just gave up Location was excellent, Room was clean and nice, staff were anywhere between neutral and rude, the breakfast was non-existent.
